Terms of attendance

The race track and its additional service buildings located at the area of Hungaroring Sport Zrt. (hereinafter referred: Hungaroring) provide two- and four-wheel vehicles with programme options.

Please note that motorsport is dangerous, especially due to some visitors’ misconduct, therefore Hungaroring has developed this code of conduct that is mandatory for all competitors and visitors entering the area of the circuit.

Entering the Hungaroring is at your own risk. Minor children may enter the Hungaroring exclusively with adult supervision, and parents accept full responsibility for their children’s behaviour.

Entering the paddock, race control building, pit lane and further closed areas is forbidden without proper permission. During certain days or events further areas may be added to closed areas. Passing through the fences or any bars, marks helping to indicate closing an area is forbidden.

Entering the race track without prior permission is strictly forbidden.

Driving race cars are allowed only at the track during a track programme, it is forbidden at further areas.

Speed limit is 30 km/h at full area of the Hungaroring (except for the race track during a track programme).

Keeping the instructions of the security staff is mandatory for visitors entering the Hungaroring. People under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicants are to remove from the Hungaroring.

Parking is allowed only at designated area, otherwise Hungaroring will get the vehicles carried away for the owner’s own cost.

Parking vehicle must be removed on request of the security staff within one hour. If it does not happen, Hungaroring will get the vehicles carried away for the owner’s own cost.

Within the area of the Hungaroring the Hungarian traffic regulations in force apply.

Pay attention to cleaning the area of the Hungaroring, garbage must be dropped to the designated bins, placing waste at any further areas is forbidden.

Smoking is allowed at the designated area, it is strictly forbidden in the building, pit lane, boxes and on the race track.

Bringing pets into the area of the Hungaroring is not permitted.

Entering the race track, service roads and pit lane are permitted only for working purpose.

Using drones within the area of the Hungaroring is allowed exclusively with the permission of the Hungaroring.

Activities with noise emission can happen exclusively between 9am and 6pm within the area of the Hungaroring. Outside this time period activities with noise emission can happen only with written permission of the Hungaroring. Activities with noise emission is forbidden between 10pm and 6am within the area of the Hungaroring.

Any work resulting pollution of the environment, particularly, but not exclusively manufacturing vehicles, is forbidden within the area of the Hungaroring.

Within the area of the Hungaroring technical work can be done exclusively with the permission of the Hungaroring. It is forbidden to alter the original status of the buildings and areas, in particular to stickers, fixing advertising materials, painting, drilling or structural changes.

BREAKING THE HUNGARORING POLICY LEADS TO, FIRST VERBAL WARNING, THEN FINE, AND FINALLY EXCLUSION FROM THE AREA OF THE HUNGARORING.
