As expected 2020 F1 Chinese Grand Prix will not take place on 17-19 April due to coronavirus outbreak. FIA, together with other governing bodies, decided to accept the official postponement request of the promoter to ensure the health and safety of the teams, drivers and fans. Formula 1 and FIA will continuously monitor the situation and as it develops, they will study the alternative dates for the Chinese GP later in the year.
