Two-time European Truck Racing champion Norbert Kiss is eager for claiming his third title by competing in his new team, Hungarian Révész Truck Racing Team. The truck has been built in the workshop and now it is ready to conquer the legendary circuits of Europe.
‘I am very happy and proud that this Hungarian team has been established supported by an iconic company, like Révész group. I think that truck racing has returned and found home in Hungary’ Norbert Kiss said, then added that he would do everything to fight for the European title.
Bálint Révész, owner and president of the company said: ‘A dream has come true by establishing the team and getting Norbi Kiss as a driver.’
‘A Hungarian team with a Hungarian driver have been put together, and our aim is to get on the top of the podium already in the first year’ added Attila Kozák, team manager of Révész Truck Racing Team.
The MAN truck with starting number 40 was prepared by Csaba Bakó, race engineer in one of the most progressive workshops of the country, and it will go for a test soon.
According to the present calendar European Truck Racing Championship will start on 29-30 August and the field will visit the Hungaroring on 17-18 October.
Hungarian fans believe that Norbi will be as successful on home track as he was earlier or yesterday, when ETRC Digital Racing Challenge took place at the virtual Hungaroring and he won both races.
