Two-race-per-weekend format in WTCR

Timetable of WTCR weekends will change due to cost-cutting measures: drivers will have only one chance to fight for the pole position in a single qualifying session, using the existing three-phase shootout format. Free practices and qualifying will take place on Saturday, while the two races on Sunday. Race 1 grid will be partially reversed, and the combined qualifying order will determine the starting grid of Race 2. The two-races-per-weekend format will be introduced at the Hungaroring, the season opener will be held on 25-26 April in our country, hopefully with Norbert Michelisz, the new King of WTCR in a leading role.
