The Hungarian Grand Prix among the traditional races
At the time, the Hungaroring was a curiosity because it was the first behind the Iron Curtain, but today it is considered one of the traditional race tracks, where Formula 1 will be hosted for the 39th time in 2024. It is interesting and, of course, a source of pride that the Hungaroring is the second venue (after Monza) to be on the calendar without interruption.
It is also the world's most popular, biggest and most professional car series, watched by tens of millions of viewers on television every week, and in recent years its star has risen even higher thanks to the exciting competition. The 2023 Hungarian Grand Prix was a sell-out event (303,000 spectators over the four days) and if it continues at this rate, the Hungarian circuit will be packed in 2024 as well.
