PLEASE NOTE: Our official ticket agents (www.gpticketshop.com and www.gpticketshop.hu) are sending out the e-mail to our customers which gives all the details on how you request either a transfer or a refund. If you don’t receive this e-mail by 15st June 2020, please contact your point of sale.

I haven’t received the email telling me my options, what should I do?

If you haven’t received an email explaining your ticket preference options please don’t worry. These emails are being sent out in stages. All ticket holders should receive this email by 15/06/2020. Please check your spam folders as well. If it has reached this date and you have not received this email please contact your respective ticket agent.

Can I transfer my 2020 ticket(s) to 2021?

Of course, we can’t wait to welcome you to Hungaroring in 2021. Our official ticket agents are sending out the e-mail to our customers this week which gives you all the details you need on how to request your transfer. Thank you for your patience.

Can I get a refund on my order?

Whilst we’ll be sad not to see you at the Formula 1 Magyar Nagydíj 2021 of course we can arrange a refund for your order. I have requested to transfer my ticket(s) should I receive a confirmation email?

It’s great to hear that you have transferred your ticket(s). You should have received an automatic e-mail confirming your choice of transfer. If you haven’t for any reasons, please contact your ticket agent (contact details can be found on the respective website). We are looking forward to welcoming you in 2021.

I have requested to refund my ticket(s) should I receive a confirmation email?

You should have received an automatic e-mail confirming your choice of refund request. If you haven’t for any reasons, please contact your ticket agent (contact details can be found on the respective website).

I haven’t received my refund.

We’re conscious that some customers haven’t received a refund as quickly as they hoped. Unfortunately, due to technical requirements and authorization processes, along with the number of transactions being processed, this may take some time.

I had chosen to refund my ticket(s) but I’ve changed my mind, what can I do?

If you opted for a refund and want to change your mind prior to the refund invoice being sent to you please contact your ticket agent. Unfortunately, we are unable to reinstate tickets after the refund invoice is raised. However, you will be able to purchase a new ticket for 2021 once they go on sale.

What is the value of my refund?

You will receive a full refund on the tickets you paid.

How long will it take to get my refund?

We aim to complete all refunds within three months of request. Thank you for your patience during the process.

Can I get a refund on only part of my order?

Unfortunately not, only for the full ticket order within the respective invoice. However, you will be able to purchase a new ticket for 2021 once they go on sale.

My card/bank account is no longer held since making my booking, what should I do?

Please contact your ticket agent before you confirm your refund request on the website (through the link in the e-mail).

My credit/debit card / bank account is in HUF. How do you refund the tickets?

We will be refunding the tickets in EUR. The HUF amount credited to your card/account depends on the daily exchange rate of your bank on the given day.

I have paid cash and/or voucher. How do I get the refund?

Please contact your ticket agent before you confirm your refund request on the website (through the link in the e-mail). You will receive your refund by bank transfer.

I have received my ticket(s) for 2020, do I need to return them?

If you have received your ticket(s) for 2020 you do not need to return them. We will be sending Print@Home tickets to you later this year by e-mail for the year 2021.

I bought child ticket(s) and my child will be an adult in 2021 – if I transfer next year, what should I do?

We look forward to welcoming you in 2021. Please confirm your transfer request on the website (through the link in the e-mail). Your child will be allowed to enter with the child ticket in 2021.

I wish to keep my ticket(s), but can I get an upgrade for 2021?

Thank you for making the decision to transfer your ticket(s) to 2021. However, we are unable to make any amends or upgrades to your ticket(s). In this case, please choose the refund option. You will be able to purchase a new ticket for 2021 once they go on sale.

I will not be able to attend the 2021 event, can I transfer to 2022?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer transfers to 2022 and beyond. Please choose the refund option.

I transferred my ticket(s) but what if I can’t make the Formula 1 Magyar Nagydíj 2021 when the dates are released?

It’s great to hear that you have transferred your ticket(s). We hope to welcome you next year. However, you will have 14 days from our release of the new date to withdraw in writing your transferred tickets to 2021. Please follow Hungaroring and the official ticket agents’ websites and social media channels for the latest announcements.

When are 2021 tickets going on sale?

I didn’t buy directly from Hungaroring’s official ticket agent, can I get a refund?

You should still be entitled to refund. Please contact your ticket agent in this case.
